Privacy Policy

1. Information Gathering & Storage

At The Keyframe Awards, we respect your privacy. All personalized parameters gathered during user registration, authentications (such as email endpoints or screen titles), and submitted work links are securely maintained. We write complex database protections within Firebase security rules to prevent unauthenticated data modifications or access leaks.

2. Zero Third-Party Selling Protocols

We maintain a strict stance against user data monetization. We do not sell, distribute, trade, lease, or lease out your private system identifiers or database records to external tracking clusters or third-party marketing networks. Your dashboard profile exists entirely to validate platform security tokens, log secure votes, and process verified nomination applications.

3. Data Flow and Automation Pipelines

To effectively operate this system, necessary inputs like nomination links and registration emails are processed through secure integration environments (such as Firestore cloud servers and encrypted workflow managers). These parameters are passed only to maintain automation logic, dispatch transaction notices, or update community status lists safely.

4. Public Profile Exposure for Finalists

While internal data records remain hidden, specific parameters provided by you during submission (such as channel aliases, project titles, and video submissions) will become visible to the public if your creation advances into the voting tiers. This exposure is mandatory to facilitate standard audience voting interactions and community curation cycles.
