All material submissions submitted to the nominations dashboard must belong exclusively to you as the creator, or you must possess documented, explicit authorization from the original copyright holder. The Keyframe Awards reserves an absolute, unreviewable right to disqualify any entry showing signs of artificial traffic, bot distribution, purchased engagement, or malicious manipulation.
When you submit creative media assets, video URLs, social media links, or usernames to our platform, you grant The Keyframe Awards a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, feature, clip, host, and redistribute these select materials. This operational license exists specifically so we can highlight your work on our official platform, project your media during our live stream events, frame your entries on our public voting boards, or share screenshots across our official social media handles to market your nomination to global fans.
In the event that your project or portfolio is officially nominated, chosen as a finalist, or selected for an award category, our administration reserves the right to maintain your profile parameters publicly. We may permanently attach, link out to, or emphasize your external portfolio links, social profile tags, and project channels on our domains so that our community can discover, evaluate, and engage with your art accurately throughout the voting periods and historical archives.
